Agreement and eligibility

These terms are an agreement between you and Torana, operating Catch. By accessing Catch, creating an account, submitting a lead or claim, or using an organizer or event page, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and tell us about unauthorized access. We may request age, identity, organizer-authority, or event information where needed for safety, claims, or legal compliance.

What Catch does

Catch helps adults discover organizers and events, connect around real-world attendance, express private interest, match after mutual interest, and use related host and safety tools.

During the website-first pilot, many event actions lead to an organizer's site or another ticketing provider. Catch is not the organizer, venue, ticket seller, employer, agent, or insurer for an external event unless a page expressly says otherwise.

Public-source and unclaimed listings

Some organizer and event pages are compiled from public sources. "Unclaimed" means the organizer has not verified control of that Catch page; it does not mean the organizer supplied, approved, or endorsed it. Source and freshness information is shown where available. Organizers and affected people may request a claim, correction, or takedown through Help.

Your conduct and content

You must treat other people lawfully and respectfully. You may not impersonate someone; misrepresent age, identity, authority, or event facts; harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate against, exploit, or endanger anyone; expose private information; manipulate reviews or engagement; bypass security; interfere with the service; use unauthorized automation; or use Catch unlawfully.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Catch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, moderate, and display that content as needed to operate, protect, improve, and promote the relevant service, subject to the Privacy Policy and visibility controls. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it.

Events and safety

Meeting people and attending events involve real-world risks. Review organizer, venue, transport, accessibility, and emergency information; use your judgment; and contact local emergency services if anyone is in immediate danger. Catch's verification, review, moderation, and safety features do not guarantee identity, conduct, compatibility, event quality, or safety.

Report concerns through Catch's report tools or Help. We may investigate, preserve relevant records, restrict accounts or listings, and cooperate with lawful authorities. Catch is not required to mediate private disputes between users or with an external organizer.

Payments and external services

Paid-event functionality is not part of this website pilot. If Catch later offers payment or ticketing, the checkout will identify the seller, price, fees, refund terms, and additional terms before purchase. External services are controlled by third parties, and their terms, privacy, payment, refund, and availability rules apply.

Service changes and intellectual property

We may change, test, pause, or discontinue features, markets, listings, or the service. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for a breach, safety, fraud, legal compliance, or operational risk. You may stop using Catch and request account deletion at any time.

Catch's software, brand, designs, and original content are owned by Torana or its licensors. Except for rights expressly granted here, no rights are transferred to you.

Disclaimers and liability

Catch is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, an event, attendance, a match, a relationship, an organizer outcome, or the accuracy of third-party content.

Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Subject to that rule, Catch is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for conduct, events, content, transactions, or services controlled by another user, organizer, venue, or third party.

Law, changes, and contact

Indian law governs these terms. Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction, the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a new effective date and giving additional notice where required.
